Behind the Lens ~ About Krista
I have been capturing life's special moments since I was able to hold a camera. I remember the day vividly - I was 5 years-old, and I was at the zoo with my mother. I looked up to my mom and I begged her to give me her camera because I just knew I could take better pictures than she could. It turned out to be very true. ;-) It was a polaroid, so how could I go wrong? hahaha Since then, I have carried a camera with me in every situation. I've studied photography and continue to study, follow the best photographers' blogs, go to workshops, etc., so that I can continually improve my art. And photography is not just a hobby for me, it is something that provides me with joy ~ I love when I can give clients and friends a set of photos that tells a real emotional story from their special and unique event or from an outing with a family.
I most enjoy photographing people, especially during weddings--what can I say, I am a hopeless romantic--but I also enjoy photographing animals and nature, especially trees.

Proofing & Prints
Online proofing allows you an opportunity to review each of your photos and order professional prints. Each photo is displayed in a low resolution, however, all prints will be hand retouched and processed in their highest quality, delivered on the finest Kodak papers. Your online photo albums will be available online for up to six months, and they can be restored by request at anytime in the future. Your albums can be secured with a password or made public, and you are encouraged to share your albums with family and friends!

Albums
Custom designed albums are also available with many personal touches. Flush-mount albums and press-printed hardbound books are super popular. Smaller albums, such as a 5x5, make for a great present for parents or bridal party members. Larger albums, like the 10x10 or 12x12, make for an amazing personal album.
